The specs, if anyone cares - 17 inch plywood hollow body- laminated spruce top, laminated maple back and sides- mahogany neck (in retrospect I should have used maple)- rosewood fretboard, headstock and back strap, pick guard, p/u rings....- maple binding, rosewood purfling- Seymour Duncan Benedetto neck p/u, SD PAF bridge- long 25.5 inch scale, 12 inch f/b radius, SS frets- nitrocellulose lacquer Now I need to practice my Freddie Green chords Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Appearance - I had the mahogany in my wood bin and this whole guitar was pretty much built out of stuff that I had on hand, but the first go around with the color was totally wrong. I ended up stripping it back to white and doing the stain differently - originally I thought it would be a lot lighter but I ended up with a hint of brown in the body stain and some amber in the neck.
