Members SwimmingPool
... "what is Rock music?", and you only had time to play them one song, which one would you choose?
Members Alexbiscuit
i don't even like ACDC, but I'd choose one of their's. I mean, think about it. They are probably the truest cut-and-dry rock and rollers (not always a good thing )

Members BG76
I would play some Jonas Brothers and some Diamond Darrell. That would scare the alien away and he wouldn't enslave us.

Members SwimmingPool
Johnny B. Goode is probably the correct answer. I know Rock is a derivative of Rock n Roll but it's not the same. If someone said they listened to Rock music, I'd expect them to listen to stuff that sounded more like AC/DC than Chuck Berry. 'Johnny B. Goode' gives a sketch of what Rock would become, while I tend to think something like 'Back in Black' gives a far more defining picture.
