Phil O'Keefe
I'll bet that wood's going to look great when it's all finished. Neck looks pretty chunky - how's the profile on it?
Phil O'Keefe
Good question. Quite the rout job on that huh? Probably this I would imagine. Either that Thinline, or the one on the left in this pic - the Custom: That's my guess anyway.

Phil O'Keefe
Two things: 1. Blondes with the grain popping through the finish are incredibly cool. 2. And I agree with hivedestruction - so is the rug.

Members Coach
I just browsed through all 13 pages and it just reaffirmed my belief that the telecaster is the greatest electric guitar ever invented.

Are you the guy I traded my Schecter to? ^You gotta throw a Jazzmaster bridge on it, Jimmy Page style.
Members triviani
I thought I'd raise this thread from the dead rather than start a NGD thread. After an ill advised period of not owning a tele I came to my senses and just picked this one up from Wildwood. It's a '59RI Thinskin. PS: I love how this thing sounds with my pedals. Can't beat a tele for bringing out the best in delays, trems and some OD's. Awesome teles on this thread! I tried this week a tele like this one, MIJ by some small brand. Now I cannot stop thinking on that guitar, how awesome it was, and how I don't have the moneys to make it mine..
Members MrNixon
mine one and only. a girl named Sandoz one more angle: i really really like the saddles that Fender was using on the American Series guitars. These new vintage-styled 6 piece saddles just dont look right, and probably feel weird too. its nice to have these Am.Series saddles underneath my hand when palm-muting, they feel great... those 6-pieces dont look as comfortable. in my opinion, its either these saddles (anyone have a specific name for em?) or the 3-piece vintage brass saddles, feel meh
Members Ultradust
I've posted this image too much as of late, but...Other than a Fender neck and set of tuner, Nocaster bridge pickup, and that F-stamped Bigsby, it's all non-Fender MIK action going on. I guess the purists must have complained
