The amount of detail that went into bloodying up the hospital when the main character woke up was incredible. I was surprised at how many zombies they had onscreen at the end in Atlanta. Better yet someone do something with "real" zombies, who in voodoo lore are the mind controlled servants of a sorceror, not lameass flesh eaters. I was surprised they showed the kiss in the first episode, I mean how long has it been? Jeeze... give the poor guy a break. I would've like to see a double episode premier. No, that's pretty much how the book is. It's completely character driven. There are many issues where you may see one zombie. Each arc usually builds into an awesome action scene near the end though.
