Members Neilrocks25
I love wah for slow filter type sounds on lead lines. I currently have a George Dennis wah my friend gave to me, which is supposedly broken, but I haven't gotten around to plugging it in or opening it up to see what's wrong yet. If I can't fix it, I'm probably gonna get a stock crybaby and mod it quite soon. Me too and I had a Gorge Dennis wah for years it sounds great but I fired the electronics.. I am still on the hunt for a good wah here in Japan that is at decent price and has a decent bypass.
Members caeman
I am noticing on BOTB, not a whole lot of wah love whattap with that It doesn't fit the music that I play.
Members Trick Fall
I didnt participate in botb but i have an ehx enigma on my board. I like it for really nasty noise breaks
Members conky
I love wah, but I don't really use it enough in my music to justify having it on my board. I do want another chrome 535q wah. I had one back in the day and it sounded great.
Members sparkfriction
Wah is cool and i dont know why i am more than a year wahless... i guess HCFX like wahs, but hates the 80's Wah Rock uber shred and wah in the typical use over a solo But sure not so much Wahs around - Depends on the lack of Funk, Reagge, Rock etc. players here

Members Fender&EHX4ever
I have way more wah pedals than I really need, but it's a classic effect. The vintage EHX wah pedals are my favorites (Crying Tone, Queen Triggered). Much better sounding than my vintage Morley. http://soundclick.com/share.cfm?id=7468131 http://soundclick.com/share.cfm?id=7486247
Members goodhonk
i wanted to be in the small board category so i removed the wah.
Members Hiwatt Bob
HCFX are a bunch of commie pansy chumps. They don't produce enough testosterone in their tiny little testes to appreciate something like Wah.

Members Hiwatt Bob
small boards, how they work if you want to win you need to hire a professional photographer and probably a professional set-dressing expert. i'm too busy actually USING my small board for my basement gigs to worry about that kind of mularky. Members Jisatsu
I sold my EVH wah last year because I needed money. I miss it something fierce, as it worked great with dirt.
Members -TJ-
you guys just dont understand.... wait for Eventide or Strymon to come out with a $500 wah which has 200 different wah patches stored in it, then you will see it on everyones board.... Members SnorkelMonkey
We want filters that are controlled by machines. I would much rather have a $500 pedal that does a filter effect by itself than a $75 pedal I have to operate with my foot.
Members Taylor.
Dudes. Slow wah action into phaser into huge delay into reverb is where it's at.
Members macadood
i use my m9 with exp pedal for any wah stuff i ever need/want. which aint too often but its nice to have. no point having an addition (large) pedal that i barely use on my board
Members t-rey
Wah has been out. Swirly modulation is in. It's about {censored}ing time. I actually really want a Budwah these days - now that I have realized that I can, in fact, use wah in a non {censored}ty way. Prepare for slooooow Wino-esque sweepage. Members Snufkino
You'll never win BOTB with a wah, it takes up too much valuable real estate for Pitch Factors and stuff. I own a CAE wah and tis good Weren't you selling that, or am I thinking of someone else?
