I have an old marshall JTM60 combo from 96' or 97. I don't have a foot switch for it and i want one. I believe it's supposed to have two switches, for turning on and off reverb and another for changing from clean to dirty and vice versa. where an i get one with the marshall logo and brand new. I checked ebay and they don't have any. maybe they have used ones for newer marshall combos but i didn't see any brand new. I also saw some footswitches with no name on it. i don't want to buy cheap imitation... :D

Marshall P801 foot switch, only is a single button switch for channel switching. No reverb switch was available for that amp. No LED light came on it either.

They are all over the net and any single channel switch will work.

I don't know, maybe contact Marshall?

Or try Google?

Or eBay?

Or Reverb?

Or Musician's Friend?

Or Guitar Center?

Or Sweetwater

Or American Musical?

Or Amazon.

Or any number of stores, business's, or internet companies that are authorized Marshall dealers?

Get the hint?

From looking at a schematic of the JTM60, it's got a two button footswitch, and apparently uses a single cable with a TRS ("stereo") 1/4" plug. Any generic footswitch with those specs will work, even a "cheap imitation", and won't have any effect on your tones.

True

Here's a pretty clean on here. I'm not sure why the foot switch on this one doesn't have a Marshall label. It's probably a generic on and they lost the original.

They run really hot and are known for spending more time in the shop than at a gig. 2 separate reverb knobs one for each channel, not controlled by a foot switch.

HC member DrTweedbucket I believe had one at one time.
