I'd like to introduce the HCfx community to "STOMP Parkinson's," a series of pedal auctions starting this weekend in support of Parkinson's Disease research.

(big thanks to David Medel for the slick logo)

Well over a dozen builders have graciously donated their time and skills toward this cause including; Malekko Heavy Industry, Menatone, P.T.D., Caroline Guitar Co, Cusack Music, Skreddy Pedals, Keeler Designs, Lovepedal, ANALOG.MAN, Bearfoot fx, Catalinbread, Montgomery Appliances, Earthquaker Devices, Black Arts Toneworks, Blakemore FX, Quinnamp, PedalEnclosures.com, and more tba.

The auctions will be starting up mid-day this Sunday Dec. 4 and will continue to have staggered starts across the next three days. All auctions will run for seven days and will be linked to on the front page of the STOMPParkinsons site. All proceeds from these auctions will be going directly to the National Parkinson's Foundation, to be applied toward research for a cure.

There is a blog, "STOMP into it!," on the above site that goes into more details on the auctions and previews the individual pedals. It will be getting updated continually over the next week as the auctions progress.

Huge thanks to all the builders and folks that have taken the time to look into STOMP P.D. and participate and of course also to Phil for keeping this place here for all of us.
