Members cobalt-60
Just rounded up my Akira Kurosawa kick and need more smart genre movies. That means artful direction, pathos, and men doing manly things in sensational settings. Gangsters, space stations, WWI, ninjas, etc, and I don't care for modern cops and robbers. Go! :poke:
Members cobalt-60
Oh, I've never seen Spartacus. That probably qualifies, right? I find Hollywood epics of that era kinda boring, please tell me the studios corny production didn't steal Kubrick's thunder.

Members cobalt-60
Seen all of Juri's suggestions, Fight Club, Mad Max, I'm not gay, and {censored}ing hated Inception. To the core. I've also seen all of Leone's movies, but forgot about Django. I'll have to watch Outland some day too, I gotta be in the mood. Forgot about that one too. I got about 45 minutes for Django and Spartacus to download. Tik-tok, tik-tok...

Members cobalt-60
Raging Bull and Apocolypse Now! are exactly the kind of movies I'm talking about. Impressionistic, foreign landscapes of brooding men smashing each other to bits.
