I'm usually pretty tired by the time the day is over. I usually don't get weekends, but if I do I spend them outside since this lab work is probably going to give me Rickets. Most my socialising revolves around hanging out with other musicians, going to see bands etc. My girlfriend is very musical too and 100% supportive. I can relate to the highlighted part. For me... well... not having my own place definitely what gets the most in the way. Also not having a steady job makes some things pretty hard in the money department. Otherwise i can't complaint much. I'm pretty prolific and creative... i can easily write a good song in a couple of days if i put my mind into it... and i have a setup that sounds like a beast. So i guess i can't complaint too much. Members hangwire Posted June 13, 2012 Members Share Posted June 13, 2012 For me it is:1) Bouldering ({censored} is tearing up my hands)2) Backpacking 3) PhotographyI used to come home everyday and at least dick around on my acoustic for a bit. Now I can barely manage that. Still make it to band practice once a week, but that isn't enough.It kinda saddens me, but at the same time I'm doing other new stuff that I enjoy so I guess I don't miss it all that much.So, is {censored} getting in your way?
