Members poolshark
Look into set-neck superstrats. Schecter has a bunch of them, along with Charvel, Jackson, etc. Schecter even has some 25.5" scale LP-bodied guits.
Members dres_x
Yamaha's RGX520FZ/320 are both 25.5" set necks. Their AES line are 24.75" set necks. Schecter's C-1 Classic is a neck through.

Members Alecto
Carvin Holdworth models are 25.5 scale length, set neck.M Yarp. My H2 is 25.5" I'm starting to prefer that scale over the 24.75" Gibson scale. It gives the notes more definition, especially under high gain. Members Jim_Soloway
I think all PRS's are 25. Just 25. Most are but they also have a variety of other scale lengths including the Mushok SE at 27.7, the KL33 at 24.5, and the 305 which is 25.5. And a favorite of mine in the 25.5" set neck group is the Hamer Monaco Superpro.
