Members drunkinminer
I have a Levys and a Gretsch strap that cost way more then the 12 buck I paid for my other Levys that I customized witha old studded belt that I didn't use and I use that one more then the othern two. So my suggestion is to make one.

Members *BLEEP*
If you can find one -- and I do mean IF -- there was a Yamaha brand strap for guitars and a separate strap for bass (the bass strap was a bit longer) that use a patented Air Cell cushion integrated into the strap. These are (were?) the most comfortable strap made, and one of the most expensive straps at US$50. Yamaha still makes an Air Cell strap for heavy baritone and bass saxophones and maybe some other band instruments, but they apparently no longer make them for bass or guitar. Members Josh S
The singer of my band just bought me a strap from here: http://www.jeridesigns.comVery expensive. Pretty comfy. Worth that much money? Well, maybe not - but it is awful nice!
Members pigman
I was going to suggest Jodi Head straps as well. While I prefer just a plain ol' black leather strap, they're amazingly hard to find without any logos, padding, embossing, tribal graphics, conchos, fringe, screen printing, tie dye, or spikes. Members RaVenCAD
I love nice straps, and I've got about 6 from various makes. Levy's makes great stuff, but my favorite is one from a company called Stephi. It's the light tan one in this picture.

Members C-4
The OP asked for decadent straps. I have this one and I hope to also get a Vox Python.http://www.musicemporiuminc.com/productcart/pc/viewPrd.asp?idproduct=317&idcategory=143Vox Python straphttp://www.amazon.com/Vox-Python-Guitar-Strap-Plates/dp/B0019Z7VVGThe Levy strap is exceptionally well made and padded. It looks classy with any guitar and any outfit from bluejeans and a torn T shirt, to a tux.Or, if you really want a Louis Vuitton strap, simply buy one of his belts and convert it!http://www.louisvuitton.com/us/flash/index.jsp?direct1=home_entry_us

Members vcnyls
All good suggestions for strap makers. But, if you want fully custom, go to a leather shop in your area and talk to them. Depending on the quality of the shop, they should have many leathers to chose from (and other skins - croc, snake, etc) and should be able to make you pretty much whatever you want. Members KoaFreak
Top of the line Levy's straps are as high as I'll go and more than adequate. I do have a rule though---no life till leather.

Members V-man
I have a few Levy's straps, some with strap locks ,some without and they are great. Its not about 'the look' at allI'm looking for a big, wide ,cushy strap, fro me and my "closing in on 50 shoulders".The Lazy-Boy of shoulder relief. I am fairly partial to them myself. Real leather, basic black, reasonably made, and modestly priced.

Members scott944
Given the number of "lifestyle" items officially offered with the Ferrari logo (kiddie cars, laptops, writing instruments, etc. - check out Speedgear), I'm surprised that they don't offer a guitar strap. Seems like I've even seen a Ferrari guitar at some point. And yes, Porsche (and HD, John Deere...) does it, too - although still no guitar straps.
