They are great sounding pickups. He knows what he's doing. He was out of commission for a while due to an accident but he is back building. Members DaveAronow Posted July 29, 2010 Members Share Posted July 29, 2010 Assuming there's nothing wrong with the guitar (and from his listing, it doesn't appear there is, though I'd ask first), that's a great deal for an entry level guitar. That is a pro level guitar in entry level clothing. These guitars are VERY well built, very nice sounding, acoustically and plugged in, and feel and play great. The only thing entry level about this guitar is its looks and the price. This would be my #1 choice for an acoustic electric if about 270.00 or less was my budget. Jarrett Guitars (check them out on HC or at www.jarrettguitars) is selling some of their handbuilt guitars on ebay at their cost. I have one and it is the best of the 20 other guitars I own. http://stores.ebay.com/Jarrett-Guitars to see the two they have posted. I spoke to them and they are getting ready to clear out more inventory both on their website and on ebay weekly as they have a brand new shop and are going for the "one off" builds.
