Members tlbonehead
certainly not the best guitar but my First Act Westerberg with a P-rail in the bridge and a 3-way switch really has some killer tones in it. The P90 tones of the P-rail are killer.
Members StralianKiwi
I think that's the wrong analogy. What about 3-pup gits? What's wrong with 3 boobs?
Members Wyatt
HORSESHOE!!!Actually, I like meaty single coils for single PU guitars, so p-90, Tele...Horseshoe IS great, Supro, Dynasonic, etc.

Members Wyatt
Ok, you have my attention. What is that? Rick Turner Model T. He's been making them for at least 15 years, I've only ever seen one in person. But at ~$2700, I don't think he moves many, the Model 1 (the Lindsey Buckingham guitar) is his big seller.... Members Wyatt
Heh-heh-heh . . . If SD didn't make my absolute LEAST favorite P-90, that would be tempting.
Members HanSolo
I think an SD Stacked p90 with a coil tap switch would be a good choice. Humbucker tones and p90 when tapped.

Members Badside
You can muddy down a single-coil You can't brighten up a humbucker And split humbucker don't sound like single-coil, they sound like thin humbucker So... P-
Members Darkstorm
Im prefer the sound of nice crunchy humbucker over other types of pups. So gotta vote humbucker.
