Members V Posted December 20, 2011 Members Share Posted December 20, 2011 I am really shocked at how loud this thing is w/2 6V6s. I don't want to turn the damn thing off. Its kind of scary turning it on... like starting up an old car. Yeah my amp is 2 el84s and I think it's something like 22 watts. Another amp I have from the same builder is the same tube setup and I think like 25 watts, actually, but he made that one especially hot. I'm actually not sure what transformers are in that one...
