Members ninjaaron
I've been rediscovering my NPN lately. It's the perfect Fuzz. That's all there is to say. There is no flavor of dirt that does not exist in this pedal.
Members IRG
What are the (typical) controls on the NPN and the MkII?
Members duderanimous
NPN & MKII standard controls are volume, input bias, and fuzz on the outside... and a transistor bias trimpot on the inside.

Well, the Monsterpiece Scratchy Snatch is an NPN with the added switchable tone control. As for the other Monsterpieces, I personally like them wothout a tone control, but I can add one to any of them for an upcharge.
Members duderanimous
another demo with my youngest son again as the cameraman (he's 10) There's some messing around with the guitars volume knob, and some picking dynamics thrown in for good measure, too http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UnCUnMyH1Ys
Members duderanimous
another recent build This one has both the input bias & transistor bias as internal trimpots

Members IRG
I hate the sound of my own voice, it just doesn't sound like what I hear internally. Weird how that is.
