I make stews, chili, lots of Italian cuisine (my mom's full blooded Italian), but last night was one of those "{censored} it, I'm making something easy" nights. Thus, I bring you... This is my wife's favorite kind. The ingredients (minus the wine...that was for the cook:thu:) Almost done...I actually used ground turkey instead of ground meat. I like it better. Brush with egg, and fill with browned italian sausage and sage. seal and set aside. when firmly sealed, boil gently. remaining 1/3 of sausage stays in the pan...mix with heavy cream, asparagus tips, cream cheese, white wine, butter and garlic...simmer. Marinara: Tomatoes, garlic, oregano, sage, a little wine, tomato paste, and the kitchen sink. Honestly, I don't do the recipe thing very well...I just add until tasty.
