  2. I have an EMG 85. looking for any of the following: duncan distortion, invader, dimarzio crunchlab, d activator, super 3. Also looking for any of these bareknuckles: cold sweat, painkiller, and aftermath.

  4. Seymour duncan JB bridge (with an A8 mag) and a '59 neck. Really great sounding set, the '59 is a personal favorite. The JB has never been a favorite of mine but I dig the A8 version a lot more, especially in this guitar. Ugh, yeah i hate the JB.
  5. Beautiful man. Wish I could take that off of your hands.
  6. Probably the most underrated/overlooked metal head on these forums.
  7. Sounds quite nice. Might not be your thing, but I bet throwing a tubescreamer in front would make this thing sing with a downtuned guitar.
  8. Bump for $100.00 price drop.
  9. Nice head. Wish I could buy that. I want to try out a JVM. Played one a couple years ago and remember liking it.
  10. Its the straight up 6505 model. MODS: clarity, onboard adjustable noise reduction, bias mod, and choke. comes with footswitch. One of the blue LEDs does seems to to come on and off from time to time, not sure why.
  11. Interested in my FJA 6505?
  12. This is from FJA's site Custom choke The Custom choke beefs up the power supply by improving the power supply filtering which help with noise levels, improves sustain, and helps the amp stay tight and punchy. It's an added selling point for you. ha, appreciate it.
  13. how about some education... What is the point of a choke?
  14. There is a choke in the pic! It looks like a small OT (sort of). Can you see I am a dummy when it comes to the mechanics of amps? I can dial them in and play em, but i can't tell you much about what's inside.
  15. Does it have a choke installed, it looks like it does. Dont think it does. choke is a physical knob isn't it?
