Members trailsofsin Posted September 11, 2012 Members Share Posted September 11, 2012 Nothing too impressive at this point but I'll be too lazy/hungry to post once it's ready: Making spaghetti bolognese using Geoff Zakarian's bolognese recipe... which has been my preferred method of doing bolognese since I tried it. Been making bolognese for years but it's always cool to try something a little different and have your eyes opened to the right way to do it.
