I've connected with quite a few other food geeks on HCAF (Who knew?!) and we've all decided this would be fun. This is THE thread where you post your meals! We can all learn from each other, fap, drool, whatever. RULES: 1. YOU MADE IT. Doesn't matter when, doesn't matter where. Doesn't matter if it's foie gras terrines, or hot dogs. Post it. 2. I roast the red and green peppers myself, caramelize the onions, sautee the chicken with a bit of cumin and chili powder, and red chili flake.
