There is no way in hell you're pulling those speeds remotely (in other words, over the internet). 622Mbit happens to be the max speed of a direct OC-12 connection, which also points to you connecting to a local server on campus. This...There's no way that isn't a local server. The chances of hitting all OC-12's on the way to the destination server is HIGHLY unlikely... They have a 50M connection available through the service, but I don't want to spend another 20 dollars a month when 90% of sources don't serve anything out that fast.
