Members kevinpaul
In the last forty years I played or paid for about every guitar and amp you can think of. I trimed the pack down to four guitars and three amps. At top of the guitar line up I placed Squier and amps A Vox. The guitars are a Stratocaster Standard and a Telecaster Custom / with Humbucker Pick Ups. Both are stock, I don't want to second Fender or Vox. The Strat is a butterscotch. I am the second owner. It is a Stadard modle maid in 2005 that was never sold. I had a lot of cleaning to do. Was butterscotch a color in that year?

This is my favorite Squier from 1983 and this is my favorite Vox. I think if I could truly only keep one amp, it might be a Tweed Deluxe clone, but this would give it a run for its money. Members kevinpaul
Yes I would love to be a part of the Squier Army. I put up photos of my two Squiers, A Strat Standard and a Tele custom. You can see they are real Squiers, not that fake Fender crap.

Members Skyforger
I suppose I should join really. Two of my guitars are Squiers (the first two I ever owned). The upright sunburst is a 2003 Affinity series Strat, made in China. The red one is a Korean Bullet, made around 1990, passed on to me from my dad. It's currently getting a full electronic rebuild. I'd like to see a pic of the headstock of that red Bullet whenever you get a chance. I don't think I've ever seen one from really close to 1990. I've seen them up to about 1986 when they were made in Japan and from 1993-1994 when they were made in Korea. I have a non-Bullet from 1989 made in Korea. In my opinion, the 1989s are by far the best Korean Squiers and their necks feel much more like Japanese work. I've had about 8 or 9 from 1989 and the red one is by far the best. I've dismantled it a bit, refinished the body and I think I sold off the neck, but it was an exceptional guitar. Bought it from the first owner. This is it in very nearly stock form, at least visually... I had replaced the pickups and all the electronics. I also replaced the knobs because the pickup covers had faded to a cream, but the knobs were still stark white. Much more white than the pickguard.
