Though I like and favor Strats. I certainly think Teles are Rock Beasts also. I just got use to the Trems being their and really prefer to have one on?

Fell for this US Lonestar yesterday in Sienna Burst/Ash.

Of course I bought it from a Tele player and theirs no Trem. Buy easy $5 fix. Ironic though.

Blasphemy!

Interestingly enough, he plays an obscure version of the Les Paul.

The Les Paul Recording:

I was pretty much flippin' sh*t...
I actually play Teles and Strats, about 40% and 20% of the time, with the remainder for all manner and sorts of other divers genres...

I voted tele

I guess this question is really open. When I think tele and strat, I think the more traditional versions, single coils only.

If you add different pups and things, this might change.

For the styles I play, and as far as comfort goes, a tele is much better suited for me

Telecasters are better for me. I don't really bond with the in-between sounds on a strat, but like the middle pos on a tele. The pure sounds of both tele pickups for me are usually better than a strat (especially the bridge sound)... and I like the fact that it feels solid. Strats feel lighter and more sensitive to the touch.
