That was the ONLY thing I wished was in the unit and it was there all along!!!! I freaked when I found it. I hope someday that fact gets in the manual. I don't have a Microsynth, but I do have a meatball clone, so what you're saying is I should set I really fast attack just at the beggining of the note and with the filter effect AFTER the Hog??
