Mark Wein
right on I guess Actually, it's awesome. I play music for a living. I used to meet girls on gigs all the time. It's not really that big of a deal at a certain point...folks meet other folks to date (or "otherwise") at work all the time. In my case I ended up with the right girl. 17 years later I'm pretty happy

Members Axisplayer
Gardo, gee thanks SOOOO much. Now you got me hooked on Stevie videos. I don't care much for shredding but he is definitely funny. Yea, he can shred though.
Members noisebloom
When I was a teenager, the first song I ever played and sang to at the same time was Marc Bolan's 'Jeepster,' which I learned specifically to impress a girl who was into T. Rex. I had a big crush on her. I got that song down solid, and I got Bolan's swagger down pretty well, too. I played the song for her and I thought I nailed it. But as I remember, she made an excuse to leave, and then I thought I blew it. It was only later on that she told me I was the first guy to play a song for her, and she really liked it. We hung out, got close, and were together for about a year. So I still thank Marc Bolan for hooking me up.

Members Grant Harding
Acoustic guitar is like a babe magnet. Electric guitar is like a dude magnet. Bring on the Jack Johnson tunes.
Members gardo
That's been my experience. Women would walk right up and tell me how much they like (acoustic) guitar and always wanted to play. Then ask if I give lessons.. It sure was a magnet
