And I used to have a shirt just like that, but don't have the same chops he has. OTOH, it's just a bit of a shame that we're so impressed. After all, good guitar players age too and the best player in my band is a 75 year old former touring keyboard (once opened for Lionel Ritchie). When I was younger I used to watch Al Di Meola play and think someday I'll be able to play like that. Now when I watch videos of Al I think I used to be able to play like that. edit: I just looked it up - as it turns out, Al and I are the same age. I guess he was way ahead of me when we were younger.
