Members Frankyblues
I have Freak out, Overnite Sensations and Joe's Garage. Zappa made so much albums, probably all good. Suggest me what you consider a "must".

Members Reverend Cheese
Joshua raises the point I always bring up. There are many distinct Zappa periods and styles. For productionarranging and using the studio as an instrument: "Freak Out" "We're Only in it For the Money" For hardcore musicianship: "You Can't Do That On Stage Anymore" Vol II For satire and social commentary: "You Are What You Is" For 20th century orchestral genius: "The Yellow Shark" And I concur with those who suggested "One Size Fits All" and "WakaJawaka"

Members twanguero
Yep, Fillmore East and Roxy are at the top of my list! Watch out for Ruben and the Jets and Thingfish, though. Not for beginners. Burnt Weeny Sandwich is great, but out there.

Members MrChrisos
Hot Rats - Fantiastic instrumentalApostrophe - Fantastic songwriting and bluesy singalongs (check out Uncle Reemus!!). Best all rounder. These two are my favourites, and cover most bases IMO.
