  1. The Mesa site has vids too. Personally, in not too interested.
  2. Not a fan of any of the modern Orange amps I've tried so far. Had an OR120 for a while, that thing was a beast.

  4. I remember the original threads for some of those, I was just busting yer nutz.
  5. Actually, Antiquity I bridge, and antiquity II neck sounds like the best combo for me. Tame some of the brightness in the bridge position.

  7. That thread is a great help, but the replies are what makes me question myself.

  9. My goal is to retain that classic JM tone. I know some early JMs were thinner and "surfy". Which is cool, but I'd like a combination of surf and body, tone wise.

  11. I've read a lot on the offset forums too. Still unsure. I have Rose Picassos in it now. They're sweet, but I'd like to get more of a classic tone out of it. Yeah, those a certainly in my price range. Do they compare? I = darker II = brighter ?? I know pots can change those characteristics too. Those eBay pickup builders are in the same range. Pickupwiz, and the others. Novaks are heralded as the best, but a little more $$.
