Arion pedal ID needed

Blurry pic but the one on the left is a SCH-1 Chorus. Great pedal worth $75-100 if it has the knobs and plastic battery cover. Metal Master is a buzz box worth $10. Might be good for noise or splatty fuzz tones with a voltage starve.

The coolest part of Arion dirtboxes is the clean out, which seems out of place on a "metal" pedal, although probably more like a sharper edged form of plastic. On their "Distortion" the dirt is actually out of phase as well, and very thin sounding by itself, but tonally quite good for mixing.

Yeah, no. Play them side by side - the difference is quite noticable.

 

The SCH-Z being an 'upgraded' version of the SCH-1 is also debatable, but I've A/Bd those two as well and the -Z is definitely a suitable substitute. Not the case with the SAD-3.

yeah, I was just kidding really. :)

 

still.... $60 for an analogue delay is still pretty sweet I guess.
