Members Curtis.Fagan
That pie picture never happened because we ate it too fast, but I have one bit of a brutalized slice of it.... here ya go.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QO7_4o8jO5A It was a 12" pie crust, and the center of the pie was about 4.5"s thick! So yummy! EDIT: Might take some time for the video to become available -Curtis
Members Murdoch
Alright, you {censored}ers, I get it...no matter how ordinary dinner might appear, it must be posted. In that thought process, simple tacos. I was too tired to do anything more elaborate.

Members exafro
I made these about a month back. I haven't had the 6 or 7 hours of spare time I need to properly cook ribs lately but I'm fiending for em.
Members exafro
I went out to a BBQ joint last night. Had a big hero stuffed with pulled pork, chopped brisket, smoked chicken and smoked sausage topped with cheese and these fried onion things. Absolutely awesome. I felt weird taking a picture in the restraunt, but their site has one uphttp://www.smokinals.com/ordereze/Me...Customize.aspx

Members pioneerprogress
So, I'm pretty sure this dish has already been done in this thread, but it was the fact that I saw it posted that reminded me I've been wanting to try it for the past couple of years. So, I will soon have pics of of Lobster mac & cheese Presentation isn't my strong suit, but here it is:
Members trailsofsin
^ Nice! I've always wanted to try making lobster mac 'n cheese, it just always seems like I'd put the lobster to better use other ways, but one day I'll do it. I'll be honest... yeah the lobster was good but i probably could've used shriimp or even imitation crab and not known the difference, as the cheese sauce i made was the main flavor and the lobster was just kinda extra. I will probably go the cheaper route next time.
Members pioneerprogress
I also will do more bread crumbs next time as their texture was perfect to contrast all the creaminess

Members ivo215
These pictures make me feel culinairily inadequate ... This is like the best I can manage: Tortellini in tomato saus with some grated cheese on top, meatballs and some ready made potato salade with half an egg from the shop. No, this isn't a small portion, these plates are huge. The glass of port remedies all of the shortcomings of my coocking though ... I actually do make some nice canelloni. They look like crap, but taste awesome.
Members ke2
I made a "kebab-ish" chicken dish today. Chicken breast in small pieces, cooked in a little sunflower oil. Just a sprinkle of mild mixed spices for the lil one, and lots of cumin, cinnamon, paprika, chili powder etc for the grownups. Made a cold sauce from greek yoghurt, mayo, more cumin, a whole one-clove garlic and some ketchup. Rice, diced tomatoes, (crystal) lettuce for those volatile electrons and diced cucumber. Simple and very good. I`d eaten most of my portion when I thought "{censored}, I should`ve taken a pic", but if I`d pulled out the camera then, my wife would`ve thought I was crazy
