Members Davgar97 Posted June 10, 2008 Members Share Posted June 10, 2008 Hi everyone. Today I went out and bought my first Gibson (partially because of GAS that you get from this forum!). I tried a few different guitars out in the shop, Les Paul Standards, SGs and a Flying V, but I decided to get a Les Paul Classic with a 60s neck. As soon as I'd played the guitar for a few minutes I knew that it was the one I'd buy. After reading some of the negative comments on here about Gibson QC i was a bit worried about driving a long way to the shop and not finding a decent one, but I was lucky and found one that suits me perfectly. I love the understated look of the ebony and creme plastic....... with un-covered pickups. It just looks like it's ready to kick some ass!!
