I agree with everyone else. this is {censored}. I look at songs. what makes them good, fun, enjoyable, whatever? the technical side is just a means to make that song happen, and rarely does a song benefit from insanely fast playing. in fact, virtually never.

 

this video is just the most absurd example of masturbatory guitar playing that has no real connection to music or creativity.

This is the only "fastest player" video that impresses me.

The playing technique captures the composer's theme perfectly. Also, not one random not to be found.

I actually think this was incredibly boring.

 

would I watch him and go "hmm, that looks hard!"? maybe.

 

would I want to put something like this in my ipod? NO {censored}ING WAY.

I didn't suggest you put flight of the bumblebee on your ipod.

 

I was only pointing out that he wasn't spewing out random notes like the first video. I also don't for a second believe that he only plays music at break-neck speeds.
