If your name was on the guitar...

I'd slap my name on a G&L ASAT tribute model. Offer it in a natural finish, blue, green and sunbursts. Maple fretboard, chrome hardware, single coil bridge and a duncan P-rails in the neck.

I figure that would be an instrument that was affordable to the everyday musician, offer a wide degree of sonic possibilities, and one I'd be happy to take on stage myself!

Im not sure people would want to buy a high end guitar with my name on it

If I had my own guitar making company, Id want to make something Id be proud of, and also something made locally (Australia) so I guess if you consider Cole Clark or Maton to be "high end", id go for that.
