Members wagdog
I like SX guitars. I'm glad they have a fake srv for people who will never buy the real deal. I have a fender srv sig strat - hands down the best playing strat ever... however I also like my sx tele's, so whatever.
Members scuzzo
i played one of those Fender SRVs i was so unhappy with it.. i mean if it something you dig then you dig.. it in no way looks like the SRV number one in mho.. it looks like marketing.. its not SRV's number one.. its just a guitar with SRV on it.. and some hot pups.. sounds good though. its a players guitar.. its just not number one.. Members Mr_GoodBomb
This should explain it. Are strings that expensive? I have to admit, that sounds {censored}ing awesome.
Members BlackHatHunter
As stated above, I have an SRV strat. The neck alone is worth the price of admission imho. Now plug her into a 'vibe of some kind, and into a Fender tube amp, and stand back and start having some serious tonal fun. But more than anything, to me, the pau ferro neck is a thing of beauty. The neck carve is also sublime.
Members evh1984
You guys need to lay off. I thought everybody knew up-and-coming blues guitarist Sidney Kay Yennamiller just inked an endorsement deal with SX
Members Spike Li
This should explain it. I {censored}ing love this guy, and I dont know whats cooler: that he rocks out on a 3 string-beat-to-{censored} guitar or that he gigged on Jools Holland with a Roland cube

Members RipVanWinkle
the most useless thing of all times. Actually... I've seen these before. They are pretty useful. They take a tap and (especially with a subwoofer) offer some easy percussion for solo gigs...without wearing out your leg.

Members vintage clubber
what kind of tool puts his own name on his own guitar anyway? My warmoth strat and frankentele both have "CKB Custom Shop" on the headstock...
Members Oaksong
interesting. gibson plans a hendrix tribute (authorized and supported by the experience hendrix foundation and thusly legit as far as his estate goes) and there're a bazillion threads whining and crying about it because it's somehow cheapening his legacy ... yet SX steals the whole idea of fender's SRV (with NO authorization) strat and ... suddenly, it's ok? hypocrisy is awesome. Because Hendrix never ACTUALLY PLAYED the guitar gibson is making. SRV actually played strats like that. It is the difference between completely made up BS (gibson) and cheap knock-off (SX)
