Members Idunno
Since we've all come to understand that video killed the radio star, shouldn't we just as well acknowledge that it's no longer music? Everyone who posts videos just can't seem to understand that a visual does not enhance, and most times detracts from, their muse. I'll listen to sound files but will not open video files. Members riffmeister lives
Videos with funny camera angles, distorted perspective, camera always moving...never stationary, no one image or camera angle lasting more than three seconds......it's the only way to keep my attention. Otherwise I'll be looking at my smart phone.
Members Grant Harding
At some point stripping and music morphed into one thing. Being gorgeous and willing to take most of your clothes off while dancing is the number one requirement. I prefer to keep the two things separate. Members kwakatak
Aw Joe, ya gotta live, man. I love seeing players' faces as they get lost in the emotion of a piece or the way their hands move across the fingerboard and caress the strings over the soundhole. In fact, one of my favorite videos is of James Taylor instructing us on how to play several of his songs with an inside-the-soundhole view of the right hand split screen with a close up of the left hand on the fret board. Sure, it may be a bit academic but I've always loved seeing how effortless and economical the movements are of those who have mastered the instrument. Members catscurlyear
ha ha vusic .instuctional and live performance video`s are great they make up most of my video collection .normal mtv type or homade video`s are distracting ,you can miss half a song just through being drawn to the visuals for either good or bad reasons.
