POG2 sequencer idea...

recently got a pog2 (many thanks to woolyh)

 

Anyway this is one feature that is really missing from the pog2 and would be so {censored}ing awesome to have

 

Sequencing of the presets, much like the easter egg mode on the DMB

 

So basically it going through the 8 presets at a set rate, for example

 

 

-2

 

-1

 

+1

 

+2

 

and so onright now i'm doing it by stepping on the the preset button continuously. Sounds super cool

I owe you some money for this idea, i honestly never thought of it but am trying it tonight.

I use my pog2 for alot of things but it does the most wicked tape like flanger on the yellow light stage with the detune all the way up and a little +1 and -1

it sounds like a sequenced modular synth!

 

this mod needs to be figured out. Something that will trigger the preset switch at a set rate...

Dang now I'm starting to wish I had a POG 2 instead of a POG.

Never thought to do this, but what a great idea! Because that's turning what is otherwise a pain in the ass (automatically toggling to the next preset when you hit the preset switch) into an advantage in this case. I guess that if you had good timing skills, you could play to the tempo of the song, too.

yea, thats what I do. The Midi In on the HOG is a great feature.
