Members The Lou-Dog
We are a much bigger country than the UK. That being said, i have 3 polling locations at schools within 5 minutes walking distance. I live in Australia big chief. Australia is also quite a large country!! Not nearly as densely populated as the US though.......

Phil O'Keefe
Does anyone know what happened with prop 37? I don't quite understand how to google. California Proposition 37? It failed to pass - last time I checked, it only had 47% of the votes in favor of it. 30 (Gov Brown's Edu tax prop) = Passed (54%) 31 (State Budget) = Failed (39%) 32 (payroll deductions) = Failed (43.8%) 33 (Auto Insurance) = Failed (45.3%) 34 (Elim. Death Penalty) = Failed (47.4%) 35 (Human Trafficking) = Passed (81%) 36 (Three Strikes amended) = Passed (68.8%) 37 (Food labeling) = Failed (47%) 38 (Molly Munger's Edu tax) = Failed (27%) 39 (Multi-state business tax) = Passed (60.2%) 40 (Redistricting) = Passed (71.5%) http://graphics.latimes.com/2012-election-results-california/

Members seifukusha
The 47% may not the financial power but they apparently have the power to vote. Congratulations to our president on 4 more years.
