The meme there was that all the mods were "pimps" and all the other members were "hos". (Sounds awful on paper don't it?) There was even a board mod were the mods could "cane" the hos if they didn't get their post counts up. Yeah. Anyway, I thought, what avatar could I have that says, "Oh look at the non-threatening pimp?" I found a pic of the classic Joe Cool leaning against his doghouse, and I added a cane and a pimp hat that I found elsewhere. It was pretty rough, but the webcomic artist offered to spruce it up for me. You see the result. He added the coat, the gold dollar chain and the goldfish-shoes (yes, look carefully) and cleaned-up and lightly shaded the rest. I use it everywhere.
