I haven't been that violently ill in well over 15 years (as long as I can recall), and that includes the "flu from hell" that I caught at NAMM in 2003 that put some people in the hospital. Also get some 7-Up or Sprite (non-diet) since that'll be the only thing you'll be able to get food energy from. And if you do lose 10 lbs like me...I've heard Pedialyte is what you should take: http://pedialyte.com/ Also...I'm not a doctor or anything so it may not be the flu.
