Members GarysBlues
Can't remember all of them. A lot though, probly around 100. But ya have to remember my first guitar was a $32.00 Bradlee's Dept Store Strat style electric. That was 67!
Members Faber
been playing 18 years. Have owned 11 electrics and 3 accoustics. Right now I have 6 electrics. I generally consider a purchace way WAY in advance, so I hardly ever by something that doesn't work for me. Sometimes though, tastes change. Members FarToMany
Doing some quick figuring, about 25-30. I own 10 now and #11 is on its way (which is a guitar i used to own as a teenager). HC has GASed me to buy, sell, and trade a bunch in the past year. The only other time i had that much come and go is when i worked at a music store (my first real job).
Members aenemated
oh god, let's see. there was the crappy acoustic thing my buddy gave me that i started on. then i bought my own epiphone strat copy sometime when i was around 15 or so. then i got some 70s strat when they were still cheap. sold that for drum gear, and had no guitar for a couple years. then i got some epiphone LP ... had that for a minute and traded it for a sg special, which is the one guitar i had for the longest, and it was the one i probably learned the most on, while being a drummer. sold that to pay rent, and again had no guitar for a while, as i was still a drummer and a guitar was only secondary. then i got some crappy fender acoustic. i threw it in the {censored}ing dumpster after the bridge snapped in half while i was changing strings. then no guitar again for a bit. then i decided to put drums on the back burner and focus purely on guitar ... and since then ... goddamn, i don't even know anymore. Members csm
Frankly, I've lost count. Just as well, because the total would probably depress the FARK outta me. (Yeah, I know: 'Don't call me Frankly!') EDIT: If you can remember how many guitars you've owned, you probably haven't owned enough.

Members CoryPhoenix808
I've owned about 5 in my lifetime. My first guitar was a Hondo Lazer that my dad had bought me in 1986, when I was 10 years old. I played that guitar for many years, up until 1994 when I got a Gibson Les Paul Studio. Then around 1996 I saved my money and bought an Ibanez Iceman, then in 2000 I bought an Epiphone Black Beauty, and later that year a Gibson Les Paul Standard. Members Brian Krashpad
Hmm, I'm at 22 electrics currently (including 2 basses), and 2 acoustics. I've owned one other bass, and probably at least 10 other guitars. So I guess that puts me at around 35 or so, in about 37 years of playing. Members Electric Blues
In three an a half years, about 35 guitars. Most were to learn about guitars since I don't have many stores available where I can try things out. Most all of those guitars came and went in a matter of weeks or days. All over the board too... from the cheapest to expensive Gibson Custom Shop, mostly mid priced stuff though. Now I've slowed down, having learned what I prefer. Members J San Dimas
i had a little problem with G.A.S last year! the only two remaining are my original '82 charvel and my '86 blue jackson. aside from those, i've owned another blue jackson h-h kahler, a white jackson h-h kahler, an ibanez 3 tite in black, a no name brand as my very first guitar, a bc rich mockingbird, a mini-les paul and i think that's it.
