Members Timmott
Just got this bad boy today from Mazi Bee in a trade! It plays and sounds amazing through my Marshall. The DD's are a little microphonic, but I have a Tone Zone/Air Norton setup in the parts bin so I'm going to throw those in there. All in all I'm very happy with the guitar, now for some pr0nz: I also had a nice Squier Vintage Modified Thinline Telecaster come in today with SD p-ups as well, but it's in the shop getting intonated and setup. I'll post a NGD for it when I get it back tomorrow .

Members ashasha
Glad to see that someone scarfed that up. I am not big on superstrats or blue guitars, but that thing is a looker. I bet those new pickups are going to make that thing just sing. HNGD!

No, it's not an aerodyne body, those also have a radius top, which this one doesn't. Just a drop top arm contour like on a regular strat. It's just a generic body I found on eBay a couple years ago. Looks and sounds like poplar with a maple veneer.

Cool, Aerodynes are made from basswood AFAIK.

Members ArKay
Funny. There was a shop on eBay Germany which made bound, flamed top strats per my suggestion (asked them to make something different instead of the 100th plain strat clone). They didn't sell too well, and I, too had lost interest by the time they had offered them. I had also asked for a bound tele, but they didn't make them. Would have bought one of those.
