  1. Will trade for a nice Les Paul or ES-339. Snowflake Inlays Engelmann Spruce top with Mahog sides and rosewood binding. Ebony freboard. There is a very small scrape on the back of the neck near the 9th fret. Not detectable when playing and not through the finish. Other than that, the pictures speak for themselves. Its a beauty. I'm not playing Acoustic Guitar in the bands I'm in any longer. This is a wonderful player and in great condition. It should be played and enjoyed... Pics here: Pictures tks James
  2. Brand new, minty fresh. With Gibson Gig Bag. $700 OBO. Will share in shipping and insurance. Charlotte NC area for local pickup possible too. http://s685.photobucket.com/albums/vv217/orange_lester/70s%20goldtop/
  3. Ice Tea finish. Purchased from Eddie's Guitars. One of the best Traditional guitars Ive played. It's in awesome shape. Currently has MHD custom wound Peter Green/Gary Moore wound pickups in her. Double cream uncovered. Will swap out these for a set of burstburckers I have from my historic. No longer have the Classic/Classic Plus pickups. Its a beauty. Too damn much gear. Somethings gotta give. $1700 with the MHD custom winds... 1600 with the Burstbuckers plus shipping and insurance. Pictures
  4. I have one of the new models. I like the greenback...
  5. If you like the Vox Sound, Get the Vox! I'd buy it again!
  6. I love the tone, but it's not fun to lug around. Of course, no tube amp really is...
  7. I hereby and sol-um-ly swear to rock... Can I bee in too?
  8. I find it more than a little humorous that people will bash Gibson for being overpriced and overrated, and bash Epi because the "feel cheap". Some people are never happy. Coop - impressive, as always buddy. Testify, Brother, TESTIFY!!! LOL :poke:
  9. I have a 03 Gibson Classic goldtop and a 02 Epiphone Elite LP Flametop. They are both quality instruments. Are they the same? Do they have the same tone? No, every guitar is different. Why people insist on this debate is beyond me. Buy what you want, play what you like, but stop insisting what you think is "better" is right for everyone else. If you dont think Epis can sound great, listen to Dcoopers clips. If you still dont like the sound buy something else! Can we talk about something else??
  10. great value and a hell of a guitar... jump on it!!
