But that stuff comes from a time when drumming was drumming and it never really addressed the requirements of stick control addressing the requirements of music. For instance, with traditional drumming, you simply must play loud enough for the sticks to bounce at the desired rate. Ooh neat trick. I suggest budding drummers incorporate mallet/keyboard percussion into their knowledge base. The stick control alone will be worth the effort.

Took the Dot out. Been a couple years in the case. Elixir 12s, still bright enough. This time I dimed everything including the pre gain (SS Boogie - very low grind but gobs of fat) Never did that and it started sounding Gibsonie. Tried with several China Peddow and surprise, morphed into $2000 Gibsung. Noodled for a couple hours, put it back in the case.

That's all on auto. Just ran MWBytes and SASpyware. MB came up clean. (always does lol) and SAS found the usual zillion cookies; cleaned 'em. still did it again. I did get a strange "Preparing USB keyboard" notice and I now have 2 identical usb keybd drivers for no reason. This machine is new and does wonky things but that's really strange.

Just did it again. Arghhh...

Moving into '22, all that thing ever did and still does is morph from wah to wah. Listen to singers for clues. geez...
