Members theManfromAlabam
I don't think the man had a bad bone in his body. Oh well, he is finished with this portion of our journey. RIP

Members mrbrown49
Hey - it's not sad! The guy was in his mid 90s, lived a full and productive life, received numerous accolades and fame, and was healthy until the end. I envy the guy - I can't imagine much else you could ask for in a life well-lived. Exactly! He played right up the end too. There aren't many that can say that. Members shredtilurded
Sad...think Gibson will raise the price on LP's to capitalize on this? Wouldn't put it past them...look what Dean did with Dimebag... Bet the {censored}ing farm on it.

Members headless
I meant no disrespect to Les, it just makes me want one. Oh, I didn't mean to apply any disrespect on your part. Your statement just got me thinking. But today probably isn't the day for that sort of commercial thinking on my part---I think that celebrating his life by enjoy his music is the best way to remember him. He was a man who both my WWII generation parents and my self (1970's generation), and young players today can all agree was a legendary player.
