OK. I'll play. I went to the keyboard first. Based on that I would call it a chord cluster. If it were not for the c#, it would be a e minor 7th - but the c# is the problem. If you follow the link scottgd provided you can see if I was right or not. Honest - I did not cheat and use the link first. (Great link btw)

so i had 12 of my friends come over and we played twister on the neck of my guitar... i picked my nose with the one free finger i had left over on the C#... and this is the chord that came out..

 

C7#9sus4 (barred 20th fret)

 

or if you meant the x is the only fretted note...
