Members kuyaglen
1993 Gretsch White Falcon II (model# 7954) Used to be owned by Dolores Oriordon of The Cranberries. This guitar was auctioned on Yahoo for a 9/11 fundraiser. Long story short, leading the auction for two weeks, I lost in the extended time format rules of yahoo's auction. Less than a year later the winner of this auction was selling off their collection and I got news of it via a (then) large internet community of the band (Zombieguide.com forums). This guitar was delivered on my birthday shortly thereafter.

Members GreatDane
this is a 2007 Gibson Custom Shop 1960 Reissue Les Paul plain top (also called a "G0" since the plaintops were commissioned by Guitar Center; the "R0" version has a figured top like a R9). this is one of my favorite finishes on a plaintop, and the pics don't do it justice at all. it's got a thinner neck than a R9, but not as thin as Gibson's "60s" carve. it's still nice and full. the guitar sounds incredible, with great action (not too low and not too high) and intonates perfectly. Members GreatDane
my other 2007 Gibson Les Paul G0 (plaintop '60 Reissue Custom Shop model). i top-wrapped this one just to try it out and ended up keeping it that way. this is an incredible sounding and playing instrument. when i saw it in the store, i didn't even plug it in. i just sat down in a quiet corner and played it acoustically. after just a few minutes i knew i'd buy it, but i ended up playing in that corner acoustically for just over an hour before i took it to the counter. oh, and it's also a one-piece top. i haven't seen many others like it. Members GreatDane
here's some pics of a 2007 Gibson '58RI Les Paul that I traded off a couple years ago. it was even more attractive in person, and i will get another 'proper' lemon drop again in the future; the next one will hopefully be a R9 though with a really nice flamed maple top. for some unknown reason the last pic is probably one of my all-time favorites that i've taken. Yep, such a great guitar. I picked mine up last night and couldn't put it down. It's the only Gibson I have left, but it's not going anywhere! And being a huge Cranberries fan I must admit that I'm a bit jealous : )

Members GreatDane
here are some pictures of a 2008 Gibson Les Paul Custom that i owned only for a short time before trading off (for another LP Custom, ironically). despite it's short stay at my house, it was a great guitar. well built, with no flaws, and a wonderful tone in all pickup positions. an all-around great guitar that i hope the new owner is really enjoying. Members GreatDane
here's a few pics of a 2009 Gretsch Duo Jet. Stock TV Jones pickups sounded good; bigsby trem has to be one of my all-time favorite bridges. locking tuners help with string changes, for sure.
