Members Svi
Never heard of a Chinese omelette? I'm fine with cheddar, sauteed mushrooms and onions, avocado and topped with a tad bit of sour cream and pico di gaillo.

Members Thumper
I usually make omelets with whatever I have on hand. Last Sunday, it was pepper Havarti cheese, pulled pork, fresh jalapeno pepper, yellow onion and Salsa Huichol hot sauce. Mmm...

Members Svi
Do you prefer your omelettes with the eggs poured in the pan, then cooked, toppings to the side and slid out? Or with the ingredients already in the eggs and cooked? I like em stuffed, not like a fritatta.

Members NeonVomit
What is a Denver omelette? And what's in a Greek one? Despite Greek being my first language and having grown up in Cyprus, I've never heard of a 'Greek omelette'

Members Docta Jones
Ham, cheese, bacon, onion, tomato, spinach (fresh only), jalapeno. 4 eggs spread on the pan, cooked in a bit, fixings in the middle, wrapped in thirds. Once sealed, shredded cheese melted to the top, add sour cream and salsa/pico as desired/to taste. Serve with two slices of toast and two pints of OJ.
