What'd it taste like?I've had rabbit, buffalo, ostrich and deer. Liked all of them. Inbetween pork and venison, hard to explain really. Not fatty and not too lean. It was tasty on pizza too.Ostrich rocks too, hhmmm ostrich philly steak and cheese.
