As part of proposing to jack my rent up 170 USD a month unless I give notice on not continuing the lease, the management company says it's factored in the "renovation premium." Keep in mind the renovations started as a surprise to me two months after my lease rolled over last year. I have a long list of issues to discuss with management from the inconvenience of these endless renovations. The biggest one being the displacement of mice, leading to my killing of at least 30 of the {censored}ers. Hello, state health inspectors... Should be a fun negotiation.
