Members Dendy Jarrett Posted September 8, 2015 Author Members Posted September 8, 2015 Good Lord Sonor! Stop it!!
Members FitchFY Posted September 11, 2015 Members Posted September 11, 2015 Okay, so totally guilty of glamor-shotting here, but for Snake Oil Caravan, I use a 3-piece set with a prominently-mounted cowbell and splash cymbal. The music is a blend of punk and old country, and with a fiddle, mandolin, bass, guitar, and 3 vocals, I really just sit back and focus on driving the band. It's a blast to play! Here's the V3 on stage at the Lucky Dog in Worcester, MA.
Members Dendy Jarrett Posted September 14, 2015 Author Members Posted September 14, 2015 Not my personal style, but wow! Tremendous custom art DW:
Members Dendy Jarrett Posted September 16, 2015 Author Members Posted September 16, 2015 What a beauty! Reminds me of a signature kit we did for Gregg Bissonette 20 years ago at Slingerland.

Members Dendy Jarrett Posted October 2, 2015 Author Members Posted October 2, 2015 Gets drum kit of the day! Beautiful Pearl Masterworks. And gets Bass Drum Head of the decade!
Members FitchFY Posted October 5, 2015 Members Posted October 5, 2015 That is an INCREDIBLY cool bass drum head!
Members 1001gear Posted October 5, 2015 Members Posted October 5, 2015 Head jokes by the dozen....uh, it's all about the bass... what's that big hole for?... It's a tranny trying to come out... ok done... Oh yeah love that Glacier Pearl.
Members Dendy Jarrett Posted October 16, 2015 Author Members Posted October 16, 2015 OK, so this isn't an entire drum kit, but it is a foreshadowing of a new finish Natal will offer in 2016. I dig it!
Members FitchFY Posted October 28, 2015 Members Posted October 28, 2015 Morgan's setup keeps getting more complicated. I get nervous watching him. What a beast.
Members Dendy Jarrett Posted October 29, 2015 Author Members Posted October 29, 2015 Obvious his kit is as much about the look as it is playability. I do like the octa-tom floating in front of the rack toms as well as his rack concept.
Members Dendy Jarrett Posted October 29, 2015 Author Members Posted October 29, 2015 Here is a kit I built for Rick Brothers for the RedNeck Woman tour back about 10 years ago. When I built this kit, no one had used the gibraltar racks for this sort of "abstract" method and I when I called them to order all the bits, and told them what we were going to do, they said it was a crazy hair-brained idea and it wouldn't work. That kit did a NationWide Tour with only 1 stop in Nashville for a rack tune up. I loved it as did Rick.
Members Voltan Posted November 2, 2015 Members Posted November 2, 2015 i dont like racks, by design... but i really like this!
Members Voltan Posted November 2, 2015 Members Posted November 2, 2015 truly a drum pron shot! nice perspective.
Members Dendy Jarrett Posted November 5, 2015 Author Members Posted November 5, 2015 And here is something ... ROADY!!
Members Dendy Jarrett Posted November 9, 2015 Author Members Posted November 9, 2015 Are trends cyclical because manufacturers are reaching to set new trends to sell gear or do drummers set the trends in cycles? Funny how this was popular back in 1976.
Members Dendy Jarrett Posted November 13, 2015 Author Members Posted November 13, 2015 I really like this! Love the shallow toms. D
Members Dendy Jarrett Posted November 19, 2015 Author Members Posted November 19, 2015 As cool as the cockpit of a fighter jet!
Members Dendy Jarrett Posted December 7, 2015 Author Members Posted December 7, 2015 I got off my cadence (babump!- NO PUN INTENDED). So simple yet so classy.
