Members jhamnett
{censored} me, I've always wanted a LP Special, but didn't want to pay Gibson prices. Features look killer, apparently sounds pretty well from reviews I've read.

Members only_shallow
They need to release a proper SG special with p90s instead of this cheap {censored} http://xteve.dynips.net/images/sg_special.jpg I was kinda gasing for a g400 as a cheapo sg option but i would prefer it if it had p90s

Members IRG
Aren't the Gibson versions only $600 or so used? No, they're generally really hard to find at all, their more current "reissues" weren't around that long, and a lot of them had humbuckers - I had a Special model for a while. I did sell it for $600, but now it would probably fetch $800 or so. A lot of the older ones fetch thousands now on ebay, some in the five figure range. This Epi has me hot, I've always wondered if they would do something like this, and here it is. I like the yellow.

Members Josh33
Aren't the Gibson versions only $600 or so used?i think if youre really really luck you might be able to get one for 600 used... i got mine a few years ago for 600 and that from a sketchy pawn shop on ebay that didnt except pay pal ... which is probably why i got it for so cheap.also, mine is an early to mid-90s reissue... so it doesnt have the binding on the neck which makes it a little less desirable. the newer ones had binding on the neck. now i dont think they even make them, they were only around for a short while
